Media Partner Trial Terms

1. Operator and trial scope

Media Partner OS is operated by the business responsible for this service (the “Operator”). The Operator's formal legal entity details, business address and governing-law terms have not yet been confirmed for publication. Nothing on this page claims a registration, licence or regulatory status.

The platform supports a limited Myanmar Media Partner trial. These operational terms do not replace a separately agreed Campaign brief, commercial agreement or external payout terms.

2. Applying as a Media Partner

• Provide truthful, current and complete self-reported information.
• Submit only Media Assets that you own, control or are authorised to represent.
• Provide requested ownership evidence and corrections so the Operator can review the application.
• Keep access to your Telegram identity secure and notify the Operator if you believe it has been compromised.

3. Review and approval

The Operator may verify Media ownership, request more evidence or corrections, reject an application, or block or suspend access for security, fraud, misrepresentation or operational reasons. Applying does not guarantee approval. Approval does not guarantee Campaign availability, allocation, earnings or continued cooperation.

4. Content and Partner responsibility

A Partner remains responsible for ensuring that published content is lawful, accurate, appropriately disclosed and consistent with the agreed Campaign brief and the rules of the relevant media platform. A Partner must hold the permissions needed for all content, accounts and materials used in a collaboration.

5. Campaigns, commission and payout

Campaign participation and pricing require separate review and agreement. The actual affiliate or commission account, balance, identity checks, withdrawal and payout may be handled in a separate external system. Media Partner OS does not promise Campaigns, income, commission, payment timing or any minimum result.

6. Evidence and submitted materials

You must have the rights needed to submit evidence and other materials. You permit the Operator and its service providers to store, reproduce and review those materials only as reasonably needed for application review, Media verification, security, support and required records. Submission does not transfer your ownership of the underlying Media Asset.

7. Changes, suspension and termination

The Operator may change or end the trial, update these terms, or restrict participation when reasonably necessary. Material updates will be shown by changing the version date on this page. Historical application, review, verification and security records may remain preserved after access or cooperation ends.

8. Support and questions

Contact the Operator through the Telegram conversation used for your invitation or Applicant support. A permanent public support identifier and formal legal contact remain operator details to be confirmed before a broader public launch.
